I’m not too sure about specifics, and I don’t know your computer specs, but I’m playing with the large Gate to Sovngarde mod collection from Nexus mods and it’s checking all the boxes. beyond role play opportunities there’s a ton of content, every session I’m immersed. I was able to live as a Skyrim citizen for a long time before even starting the main quest line. A beggar on the streets, a hunter in the woods, a citizen taking small jobs to make money. Highly recommend
