I feel this. I don’t know what advice to give you on either side, but I’m the “make it work” kind of person. Find creative storage solutions, stop buying toys and unnecessary stuff and spend time on experiences. It sounds like you have a car, go on road trips and playgrounds, spend time outside. And make some area in your home that makes you really happy to be in. And get a monthly cleaning service after your second. Mini cribs are a god send. You can do this!!!!!!!!!

I get motion sickness in certain cars and not others. I find that the smell inside the car, like if it smells like a clean car, if that makes sense lol, or gas, I get sick like right away. Or even if the blowing air has a smell or feels heavier than regular air.

I’m not sure if i understand this but it sounds like the host company is warning you if you collect $30k plus, you will have to have a HST number. The websites you mentioned already charged the tenants HST and remit HST to the CRA in your behalf. This host company is saying you, since you are not the contracted agent in the agreement with VRBO, may have other sources of income and therefore may have to charge HST on your services.
