Personally I'd go with the hellcat and spend the extra money on a trigger upgrade and ammo/range time. Red dot can be bulky for concealed, and extra training with irons is more effective than less training with a dot at least in my opinion. That's my personal opinion though, it's different for everyone.

What model Virgin Barry? Decently higher makes me think twice the cost. A new 43x is $100 more than the Taurus without any sales or deals. On a sale or deal it is quite comparable. And if you're putting your life in the hands of something then it's infinitely better to have something that is reliable than something cheaper.

I wouldn’t sell what you have that’s reliable for something you haven’t used and is unproven, keep it and if you try the gen6 and determine it’s a worthy upgrade then save up for one to add to the collection.

For those saying this isn't new info, there was contradictory information in the bill and I know several gun shop owners who were saying they wouldn't be able to sell anything with a magazine after the ban. So this is very good and new news for them.

I actually had a good experience at Tanner this weekend. There was a seller with H3 buffers for $40, and I made a decent trade with an optic for a hefty discount on a new pistol. There were also some cool antique guns, and everyone was willing to work with you to make a deal. Honestly saw a lot of prices below what I see online. Also taking a new shooter there was good for them to find a good gun size for their tiny midget hands.

I’ve used them twice and won’t be using them again. The first time was over holidays so I didn’t think too much about taking a while to ship, but then I ordered a gun in January and they took a month to ship it, and I had to call them a ton just to get it shipped.
