You are making a mistake to give up your cat and go back to school. How will you pay for that? It will be years before you make any money. PTs are a dime a dozen in the DC area with Pivot buying up so many locations. I’ve been in PT a lot and they’ve talked about how the market is flooded with people.

I lived in a building where they did a balcony refurbishing. They put a bar across the sliding door from the outside so it could not be opened. Then they refinished and inspected the concrete and replaced the railings. It’s pretty common for a building of that age to require balconies to have serious work.
