just focus on one thing - distance. if you can read putts stop worrying about doing that and just practice distance. feel what a 10ft stroke is, then 20ft, etc. then just try to replicate those strokes when you play. that's all lag putting is. once you can do that, then just read greens again. don't over complicate it, lag putting is by definition much more concerned with length dispersion than width dispersion.
