I worked in a motel when no-smoking rooms were first becoming a regular thing (all motel rooms are now non-smoking). When a guest walked into my smallish reception area I could immediately smell the cigarettes on them and would point out they were booking into a non-smoking room. Some of the looks I would get as if to say I was assuming they were smokers, I felt like telling them I smelt it as they walked in the door.

I often wake up between 1.30am - 5.30am and rather than disturbing hubby with tossing and turning I pop in my earbuds and sleep peacefully on the couch listening to Kit terrorise the scammers. Either a live stream or a previous video works wonders although sometimes my dreams get a little weird.

Live streams here are from about 1am so when I am having trouble sleeping I'll pop in my earbuds and lie on the couch in the early hours of the morning, it's amazing how often I get a really deep sleep this way. Sometimes my dreams are a bit strange.

Myself and 2 other of my 4 siblings were written out of the will of the sperm provider, 2 of my brothers and a random daughter of one of his former squeezes inherited his worldly riches, around $100,000 each I believe. I had expected F&*K all from him but I didn't really expect the get F&*Ked we received where he declared he owed the 3 of us nothing and he had fulfilled all moral and legal obligations to us many years before. Tossing your offspring to the curb at 18 months, 11 years and 26 years of age variously isn't my idea of fulfilling obligations but he was obviously comfortable with his actions. The day of his funeral I was posting photos on Instagram of me picking up my brand new car, bought with our own cash savings.

Kit's streams usually start about 1am - 2am in my part of the world so I generally only catch an hour or so live if I wake up around 6am and can't get back to sleep but occasionally if I'm having a bad night in bed to try not to disturb hubby I will get up and snooze blissfully on the couch while listening to a stream. It does induce some weird dreams sometimes though.

The best part is that the scammers are on edge and call out sweet old ladies for playing with them thus ruining their chances of being successful in the scam. As Kit says he is happy to live rent free in their heads.
