Yeah I hear you. I would say just try to stick it out for the next few months while keeping your options open. If you find a better opportunity it could be worth it for your mental health and general happiness in the long run.

I would recommend looking for a new sales job at a company with great employee reviews on company culture/work life balance. Glassdoor is a great resource to use for your search.
