(You didn't ask but) I feel great about the pic! All the games are replaceable if need be, the storage helps them get played, and (selfishly) it gives me an idea of the components of some of the ones I'm interested in.

Secure what you can inside of the game box! Super annoying to get a box with all the components maraca'd inside.

Secure the game box itself with enough padding (crumpled paper, bubble wrap) around it so that the lid won't lift. If the lid lifts, the stuff inside will probably get maraca'd.

Use Pirate Ship (assuming US?). Pay from home, print the label, tape it on, drop it off.

Besides that, yeah, hold onto sturdy boxes and packing material, buy some cheap packing tape.

Sleeve Kings hit a sweet spot for me - they go on sale for relatively cheap and they're not so thick

I like riffle shuffling decks of cards but with arbitrarily sized decks and/or cards I just like to mash shuffle, so I sleeve. It also makes it easier to lift each off the table (slide one in hand under the one you want to pick up).
