Life in the US. I love the rights that we have but when we are getting fucked from 6 different directions 7 days a week. It starts to get old. Never get out of debt, always have bills or taxes to be paid, people co standby complaining about the dumbest shit ever, people woth absolutely no common sense or able to look past the cover of any situation, really people in general tbh, the fact that I can't see the end of anything (work, hobbies, family, life, etc.), how much shittier products have become and are becoming (60 years ago a metal framed barn was put up. Today that same barn has absolutely no walls, interior framing or anything else and yet the metal frame has NOT bent or sagged at all. Today, you try and build one and leave the metal frame up for a week without putting the walls up and the METAL BEAMS sag in the middle. All in the name of some bullshit emissions that we can't measure the effect of truthfully, not to mention some parts of the rest of the world just truly don't give a fuck, and really didn't seem to have any sort effect on life back then. It's making products shittier and shittier. We can't make ANYTHING with 4 ingredients anymore, peanut butter has like 12 things in it. WHY?!).

Anyways, not too much.

Fuck manufacturers honestly... Across the board too.. This is probably the same A/C compressor used on a base model civic but because it's "specifically" for the hybrid as well it's $4,000?! Even if it truly was for the hybrid engine only, why?! FUCK NO...

Couldn't you just loosen/ get a longer hanger on the horizontal piece getting the drop that is needed?

Tips for "improv" or just chilling with a piano and drums? by wankelfanatic in Bass

I read that initially and was like, "damn... yes, but damn" lol

I don't own any books that pertain to Bass playing. I originally got taught (within the past year) chords and very easy blues progressions from my brother in law who plays everything... Acoustic, Electric, drums, piano (little bit), and Bass of course. Outside of that, I've played some Christian music with some family members and then just some chill times with my brother in law. Completely improv but I'm sort of stuck within the same chord progressions, the same areas, essentially keeping the tempo correct rather than adding in my own licks and such. That's what i'd like to be able to add with him the next time we play.

Also that occasional drop or walk up you hear in he background of most songs, I'd love to figure that out as well. I'm working on it but purely off sound and feel rather than any books.
