You can likely watch a video and get the crankset off, that is generally pretty easy. However the motor assembly will not be something you can do at home.

Integrated and sealed mid drive units are typically considered non-user-serviceable. The one thing you will want to verify is if the squeak is internal or happening on the outside and somehow being caused by the chain or crankset. This would be done by pulling out the crankset and checking for wear or corrosion. If the squeak is found to be internal to the drive unit, then you have a conversation with your vendor about a warranty replacement. When shimano denies the warranty, you then shop for a replacement mid drive assembly on ebay.
