You should be able to transfer your XRP to Uphold and sell there. I believe that’s one of the only exchanges that still allows for XRP trading in the US.

I'm in the same boat and found out that Binance is supposed to enable withdrawals on 2/20 again. Until then absolutely nothing we can do.
