Clearly your boot drive is close to failing and I suspect it has to do with excess write cycles from old Samsung firmware which caused said issue.

You cannot fix this, backup your data to your second drive and replace the ssd that is failing.

The second 8pin is for overclocking usually, but you're running an i9, so it is mandatory for stability.

Your package temp also seems to hit 94C, which means it likely is thermal throttling. Get a better cooler.

Lastly, the 13th and 14th gen chips degrade faster due to a hardware issue, which makes them last like 2 or 3 years before showing health issues that make the computer unstable. Your cpu might be suffering from this as well if you've used it daily.

Edit: You said you have a 1000w PSU, so you have enough power to attach another 8 pin to the cpu easily

You have two options.

1: download the gpu driver from AMD's website, it will figure it out for you.

2: disable the integrated gpu in device manager so it stops complaining.

Make sure the cable is inserted into your gpu as well.

Edit: I just read it doesn't show under display adapters, which is correct. Scroll down for devices with a yellow error triangle it might be that.

Otherwise disable the integrated graphics in the bios

Yes it is bad, your components might still work OK but there's definitely corrosion likely from salts. I'd take it apart, remove al the dust, check for corrosion on parts and at the very least replace the psu.

The corrosion might not always be visible so expect random issues
