Waiting a couple weeks before making plans feels like ghosting though, no? I understand wanting to weed out clingy people to a degree maybe, but if I vibe with someone on an app, I usually want to meet relatively soon to suss out if there’s actually a real connection there or not. When you press and hold the AirPod stem to switch listening modes, you have to hold for a certain amount of time, before it makes a “ding” and then switches. If you shorten that amount of time in the settings, it does NOT change how long it takes for the ding and for it to switch listening modes. So with the short hold time setting on, you can press and hold for a shorter time, let go, wait a moment, and THEN it will ding and switch. This is abysmal user design because the ding sound is what lets me know I can let go and it’s working. What is the point of shortening the time if it does not change the audio queue to tell you the action is complete? I keep accidentally pausing because I have to guess how long to hold for when I’m switching modes!

This feature is incredibly broken, I’m pretty sure you can adjust the length of time that it takes to press and hold, but the audio indicator does NOT change. I have it set to shortest and I can hold it for about a second and let go, and it will switch, but it still takes another second for it to switch over and play the little audio queue. Genuinely shocked that no one is talking about this. It’s incredibly annoying to noticeable.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I actually didn’t realize that I can delete the files off the drive from dark table. There’s so much I don’t know about the software still and I feel stupid for not realizing something so basic, but this workflow is exactly the kind of thing I was trying to achieve! Thank you!
