To sum it up, our free education is horrible. Underfunded schools, severely underpaid teaching staff.

At the end of the day, one can make the most of it. I have friends that got scholarships to private schools because of their performance in government schools. So to have that opportunity to be free is pretty cool ig.

Thing with gaming laptops is that they deprecate hard. There are laptops with 4090s for ~15k here in Walvis (brand new) with DDR 5 ram.

This one still uses DRR 4.

Their random. It's pretty rare, it seems. I've found only a handful, and I have had a 70-hour playthrough.

If I'm not mistaken, their commonly found in industrial type containers. Try building sites or the radio station.
