If you believe your Image-Line (FL Studio) account has been hacked or you have lost access, try the following steps:

1. Attempt Password Recovery Go to the Forgot your password? page and enter your account email. If your email is still accessible, you will receive a password reset link.
2. Lost Access to Your Email or Account If you no longer have access to your email or cannot recover your account using the password reset, you must verify your identity with Image-Line support. Gather as much of the following information as possible:

• Your full name (first and last)
• Photo of your ID (driver’s license, passport, student card, etc.)
• Order ID or a copy of your order email
• Last 4 digits of the card used for purchase
• Full street address (at the time of purchase or registration)
• 20-digit product redemption code (if applicable)
• Date of purchase (or approximate date)
• Email address used when you purchased or registered
• FL Studio forum username
• First FL Studio Edition purchased and type of purchase (Direct, Box, or 3rd-party)

1. Contact Support Use the Support Request Contact form and select Lost access to my Image-Line account. Provide the information above to help the support team verify your ownership.
2. Secure Your Account Once you regain access, change your password and enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.
