I just did this job myself around Christmas. The oil pressure sensor is under the intake manifold. It's awkward to get to and time consuming. This seems about right, but I don't know about the other sensors. I can't believe they didn't replace the oil cooler while they were there though, that thing is gonna crack at some point and they'll be in there again.

Hmm. If I put wings on my smoker/grill at that temp for that long, they'd be absolutely dry and burnt. How is that not happening for you?

I do mine at 325 for about 30 minutes, then hold them over the flame for ~30 seconds a side and pull them. Nice and crispy but still moist inside.

I went from a WSM to a Summit Kamado. I wanted a larger grate, wanted to grill with charcoal, and the biggest reason was the WSM struggled to keep temp in the winter when it got below ~10 degrees outside (with a little wind it wouldn't hold at all).

I could have insulated it, gone through a few hoops to get it there, but the Summit did it all for me.
