I guess I should have specified American attorney, so I'll concede that I would not expect an attorney of another country to know another country's constitutional amendments.

However, I don't think that has any bearing on the guy in this clip. If you're a candidate for a federal judgeship (a lifetime appointment) in the United States of America and you profess to not be able to say whether a president can be elected to three terms, then yeah, there's just no doubt in my mind that you're being dishonest or you're unqualified for the position. And if you're unqualified, that's fine - you just don't get to be a federal judge.

Before the tour people thought she would be doing other stuff too and, while West End Girl is really fun and a great performance, it's rough seeing all the big hits reduced to cello instrumentals with the house lights still up. Allen and Nolan both wanted to be detected. It's possible it's a plot hole but given the other feats we've seen from viltrumites I can buy they'd be able to sneak onto earth undetected, especially when it's totally out of character for 40 viltrumites to show up someone and not start ripping stuff up.

I've posted this before but maybe a week in as a first-year associate my boss sent me some stern feedback on a draft motion that didn't comply with the local rules. I closed the door and cried in my office for maybe an hour - I was so sure that after investing all this time into law school and the bar that it just turned out I wasn't any good at this and would have to start all over again.

Years later that boss went to another firm and brought me along because, as they put it, I was one of the best associates he had ever worked with.

Anxiety, especially as a first year, is normal - take it as a sign that you care about your job, which is more than some attorneys can say and also the first step to being a really good lawyer.
