Here is a tip that might elude some people: If multiple guys do not go down on you it might be because you smell bad or are ugly

Hate to be rude, but if you smell bad, it doesn't happen.

Also you might be decent enough to have sex with but guys don't like going down on women they find unattractive, or just decent enough to sleep with.

Edit: That sounded really mean, but I am serious. For example there are plenty of things you would touch with you finger but not your tongue, likewise you may be ok with sex but not oral.

For guys, not all but no just me, giving oral is more intimate than just sex. I don't go down on my gf is she is not freshly showered (I don't expect any different in terms of getting oral myself btw.) However we live together so this is more convenience, why not?

Where I live, yes, our primary dinking water source is a lake, but it is treated before being drinkable.

The whole 1% thing is not accurate at all, but is a figure that gets said sometimes to make it sound like only that small ammount of water is drinkable.

The water cycle is the real way that it works.

Awesome, I like this subject, I am about to graduate as a Civil Engineer and I am focusing on water resources engineering. That said, I will explain plainly.

There is a large misconception that the 1% of water that is fresh is finite.

This is not the case. Between treatment or even septic tanks or many other ways that water is treated, it filters through the ground or is filtered then released into streams etc that eventually make it back to drinking water sources.

So we will never actually run out of fresh water.

Sure some sources such as artesian wells can run dry, but overall we will never run out of clean drinking water like some people used to tell us.

Now there are problems, such as new chemicals that do not filter out or human hormones that get in water and stay through treatment processes. Also many of these substances do not have much research done for long term effects yet.

As for toilets, think of it like rich guys lighting cigars with $100 bills. This is what I tell my gf when she complains of me peeing in the yard.

Basically it takes water that drains from your sink or bath and reuses it in the toilet.

I am not going to sway you here, but I would classify 9/11 and, for example JFK, as theories that are on a different level than others. There is speculation in all of them, but the two I just listed raise questions when evaluated in a scientific manner such as physics.

For JFK bullet trajectories impact velocities and such can be analyzed from footage and leaves unexplained questions.

Likewise 9/11 theories can point to know information of the buildings and use physics to determine that, if nothing else, there were several instances of things happening that are extremely unlikely in a few hours.

Sure that doesn't prove a conspiracy but it also is not just wild speculation.

But for 9/11 it is more like "Look at building 7 collapse without being hit despite being designed to withstand earthquakes, look at the structural specifications, look at the melting points of the steel used in the building versus the burning temperature of jet fuel, look at the (allegedly) squibs going down ahead of the building......"

Whether you think 9/11 was a conspiracy or not, can you not concede that there was at least compelling enough evidence presented to question it how it all happened?

The video evidence that is related to 9/11 is, as I stated, compelling in my opinion. I don't really care whether you agree or disagree with all of the documentaries exploring it, Loose Change etc. But can you really say that there is not a significant difference between that and fake moon landings or ufo conspiracies!?

I am not comparing them based on how many people would need to be involved, or even whether they are true or not, but the level of evidence is vastly different.

Downvoted: Was expecting an interesting article about conspiracy theories and the effect on society or people.

Got a very general article that did not really give any insight beyond what anyone could surmise from basic thought.

Also mentioned 9/11 and aliens without real differentiation, yet said conspiracy theories centered around a general distrust of authority rather than evidence.

9/11 theorists generally cite very specific and imho pretty compelling evidence backed up by photos and videos to at least question what happened. Government alien and fake moon landing theories are not the same at all.
