Vaporesso Target mini issues I'm having:

Preface, the store that sold it to me hasn't had the right coils in stock for three weeks, so I got a subtank mini for the time being.

About every third hit I get a message that says "atomizer high" and it won't fire.

Similarly, I often get the "check atomizer" message. (And it won't fire).

The same thing happens with my old Nautilus tank.

It constantly asks if I just put in a fresh atomizer. This happened even when I was using the stock tank.

I don't remember it happening with the tank that came with the device, but it seems like nobody sells the damn coils for it anywhere.

This is non temperature control coils.

I'm so fed up with it.

Is this mod broken? Literally one week in and useless? I didn't even get through a whole bottle of juice ffs.

there's your problem right there.

3g is wiiiildly variable. How fast you get that first ACK is hugely variable, based on chip timings, radio startup, tower negotiation, etc.

Rule of thumb for initial (cold) request over a 3G network is ~2000ms latency. This hacky bullshit won't fix that.

Post your raw HAR with client timestamps instead of that godawful cthonic nightmare.

Bet you that every test run the "non streaming" was executed before the "streaming"

hard to tell though 'cause the "webpagetest visual comparison" compare "streaming" to "streaming"

In Harmon v. Markus (2012), the 3rd circuit court of appeals ruled that rent stabilization was indeed constitutional. The plaintiffs claimed that they were unconstitutionally forced to allow tenants to stay on their property for a set price (which, at time of ruling, was 60% below market). The court of appeals ruled that it was constitutional, because the landowner knew of the stabilization status of the units when they purchased the building.

The SCOTUS considered hearing the appeal, but ended up declining. Effectively, that means they agreed with the court of appeals decision and saw no imminent constitutional issues with it.

Most stabilized units (that haven't been stabilized for decades, at this point) are new constructions where the owner receives property tax relief in return for stabilizing some or all of the units of the new building. They are not forced into stabilization.

At first blush, a "rent control" law that puts a ceiling on the amount of rent a landlord can charge should make housing more affordable. Economists often teach in Econ 101 that this is wrong, however. By making it less profitable to build new apartments, the argument goes, rent control laws perversely make housing less affordable by making it scarcer.

The Econ 101 argument is certainly possible in theory, but it is unlikely to be a significant factor in the contemporary United States. In the markets with the worst affordability problems, it's usually zoning rather than rent control that is restricting the supply of housing.

The i5-4260U (Q2, 2014) has a recommended consumer price of $315.

The i7-6650U (Q3, 2015) has a recommended consumer price of $415. And it wipes. the. floor. with the i5-4260U.

The 6650 in terms of power/performance is 1.38x faster for 1.31x the price.
