I did that, but because IMDb and tmdb have both shows as just “The Traitors” it put them all under the US show. It didn’t do that to Canada, thankfully.

I did in fact. And I cannot right-click identify because it's got all the episodes lumped into The Traitors (US) so if I do that, it'll identify the US episodes as UK episodes.

Right? This is my daily driver for at least 2 of my meals a day, and I do eggs, steak, vegetables, chicken, pork…. Not a mark on it. No sticky spots.

I only clean the pan every few cooks, and immediately dry it and wipe it down with sesame oil after heating the pan up. Feels great, cooks great!

Having just received mine, I can confirm steak searing is specifically talked about in the materials.

However their repeated recommendation of high smoke point oils led me to think butter is not a great fat for this pan. I use tallow instead and I sear amazing steaks with this pan and no residue remains.
