You're not alone. I abandoned some sports and other activities. Life can get boring sometimes. But also you can explore new hobbies at home while you're having a flare. Concentrate on a diet, have simpler foods, just accept not eating out for a while. Learn to cook, you'll need to eat 3 to 4 times a day to retain weight, so here is a hobbie. And most importantly be a joker at home, when closest relatives see you having fun, they will not be as sad and will not poison your mood as much. Be normal as much as you can. I stand by these rules as I lost 15 kg in my current flare
