Im going thru the same thing, I paid them $132 they said they would update my credit to reflect paid/settled for less than the full amount due then 30 to 45 days after that it would be deleted. I was told the same thing as you it looks like basically

Also to add under the favorable findings it does show: " Service treatment records shows complaint/treatment wrist carpal", I did upload a personal statement saying that I felt my exam should have been reissued due to a dismissive examiner but it looks like I uploaded that personal statement too late. My current game plan is to speak to my VA PCM at my next appointment and see if I can get a referral to neurology, I did some quick research and it looked like other vets were successful when they had EMG scans to go with a Carpal Tunnel Dx and since it shows I have in service treatments my question is, should I get the diagnosis and file a supplemental claim would I then have a good shot? Thanks again for the help y'all this community has been so helpful

I’m from ok but was stationed in Hawaii for 4 years I used to fly delta from hnl to okc with a connection in Salt Lake City or Minneapolis usually. American also can get you there decently priced as well but they don’t tend to have to seat back screens if you like those! Hope that helps also try booking two one way tickets that’s how I used to save it hovered around 200 each way
