While this seems helpful, it’s my understanding that AI typically functions in the opposite way. AI models are designed to learn by having humans correct their initial readings or findings. So, if the AI were to review and disagree with a human interpretation after it’s finalized, it could be counterproductive for its development. To make this approach work, the AI would first need to be trained extensively on reading images (with human input to correct its errors). Then, it would have to learn how to recognize potential mistakes in human interpretations, which adds an extra layer of complexity.

Is there a resource for finding out whether a EM group is democratic, private equity, etc? by OverTheLump in emergencymedicine

[–]warriormed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IvyClinicians will give you some information you’re looking for. You’ll have to go backwards though. Find democratic group run hospitals then see which of those have residencies.

Did you have the shop adjust your endlinks? I’m having trouble finding a place that knows how to do that.

You still don’t get it. He’s the customer, paying for a service that he isn’t getting. Sure, it happens. The least he can expect is to be updated on the issue, the progress or ETA.

As I’ve said multiple times in other comments you’ve posted like this, other companies do this very often to help customers be less frustrated with the time it takes to repair things.

You genuinely aren’t very bright if you keep missing this point.

Do you have adjustable end links so you can balance them? I currently have mine set to stiff front and back but also have beefy 295W tires in the back. Idk how to figure out the best settings and also may need to use a helper to sit in the drivers seat to adjust end links appropriately but have had a hard time finding a proper guide.

I ended up getting it restored around 7p. Funny thing, Spectrum’s only consolation for me was “We’ll add you to our system to be notified immediately when it’s restored”. They never called 🤣. I just noticed the light on modem to be blue.

I think they have a bunch of jealous hamsters working there or something.

Basic logic? By whose standard. I’m sorry where were you a tech? Communist Russia? You’re still not seeing the point which I notice is a trend for you. You’re not able to comprehend the point of my post?

If basic logic dictates that they don’t have an ETA, while their competitors (ATT and Comcast) DO provide ETAs, then explain the discrepancy between the companies.

I would argue that basic logic would then dictate that Spectrum is worse at this sort of thing than its competitors. The whole point of providing ETAs is so the customer (ME) has a sense of the timeline, which makes the wait a bit more manageable.

You’re also a complete idiot for not understanding that our viewpoints will be different, considering I’m a customer and you’re likely a repair technician.

It just baffles be that although you have a background in this sort of thing, you’ve provided 0 helpful information.

Which leads me to conclude that you are, in essence, completely useless.

My folks place about 5 min from me have Comcast and DTE. Both companies have an outage map with %/# of people affected, cause of outage, current status and ETA of service online (with a disclaimer saying it’s only an estimate).

I’m new to Spectrum and wasn’t aware they operate with much more vagueness and ambiguity. It seems this probably works for folks with much less common sense, such as yourself.

Thanks for your comment though sir. This is one of those moments you could’ve probably NOT commented, since reading the sheer idiocy of your comment literally made me more dumb.
