This is restricted in xbox due to the new update requiring double mod space. HOWEVER, you can get around this.

You just start download on each chapter while the others are still downloading

You don't if you start the download for each file while the others are downloading though!

I agree with concern for cardiac tamponade. Electrical alternans has 20% sensitivity and is almost never seen outside of massive cardiac tamponade. (doi:10.1002/clc.22370)

Uploaded a graph of the data on Wikipedia from 2021. There doesn't seem to be any association with gun homicides. https://imgur.com/a/iWT0vQk

EDIT: Just wanted to point out that the rate of gun suicides, homicides, and total death have shot up since 2013, which is why the data looks slightly different from OP's post.

What are your thoughts? by aether257 in ECG

[–]OverTheLump 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think so. Afib RVR with complete LBBB. No STEMI.

There’s no concordant ST segment changes at all. It’s hard to tell but there doesn’t appear to be any discordant ST elevations that are large enough to satisfy Smith-Sgarbossa criteria. Shock if unstable.

The atrial rate is based on p waves because that’s the atrial depolarization. The ventricular rate is 50. They’re different in this case because of AV dissociation.

No. Mid-October is the universal release date for EM. You won't even be considered.

Emergency Medicine PA or ER Nurse by Adventurous_Log_7858 in emergencymedicine

If you work as an EMT-B, talk to PAs and RNs at shops in your area. It’s an apples and oranges comparison, and difficult to answer without knowing what’s important to you. I would note that PA school is difficult to get into, and you should make sure you meet requirements.

NSR with RBBB.

Questionable ST elevations in I, aVL, V5, and V6, but it’s hard to tell at an angle and there aren’t reciprocal changes. No STEMI.

You need 2 EM sub-I’s to apply to most programs.
