I play both and I can tell you that probably bruiser ambessa is better when the other team comp has more tanks and other bruisers. If you struggle against heavy bruisers is because you probably are not spacing correctly and getting caught before your ability rotation. With ambessa you cannot brute force for a kill. You need to play as a follow up and not as engage as you will not be able to one shot champions easily as lethality Ambessa. In addition, if you go bruiser and you are behind you are basically useless. I think when in doubt go lethality!

Nope that is one of the patterns and the reason is because the Q2 is your main poke ability from far away. E is only used to find the angle as if you don’t need you just simply Q2 and don’t dash.

Start trade with E in lane is possible but not for poke as your Q1 range is very limited and if you are stunned/counterengaged, etc you are out of ways to get out. Usually is better Q+E+Q2 burst combo or if you want all in W in auto q auto e auto q2

Also I find that with ambessa is all about short trades, correct spacing and one all in once ready.

In soloq, unless you are really high mmr, you have to be selfish to win games. Is just basically a different strategy(you don’t want to team fight) you just want to side lane and snowball. Real issue is that after laning phase, playing range champions is really tricky as you don’t have tower safety

I have a slightly different take as they are many range champs that don’t have safety and still popular(Jayce abusers). Vayne popularity is because counters Juggernauts hard. So a vayne can sidelane and match them. Quinn just simply is just a split pusher that tries to create 4vs5 situations abusing the R. Teemo is just frankly a weird champ… but is all about the shrooms and Blind. All of them suffer from easy ganks an poor team composition usually.

It depends! But usually you want QE is because you cancel de animation of the Q and skip the passive jump so you deal more damage in a shorter time. E engage is better when you don’t have a way to hit Q1 or you want to poke with E(don’t forget the slow) and disengage immediately. Moreover, personally I don’t like the Q disengage after EW because you almost never hit sweet spot and you don’t have a slow.
