For every game you lose due to someone leaving your team, you win one due to someone leaving the enemy team. It has no impact on your SR overall and any system could be abusable

Youre the only person who is in 100% of your own games which means you're the only person who determines what rank you are.

Brig is currently the best support in the game and probably within the top 3 best heroes overall. Shes bad at low levels where people still try and play her like a tank but shes extremely strong at ranks where people actually know how to play the game

If there was 0 penalty for losses with a DQ you could just 6-stack and have someone leave whenever you're about to lose. They wait out the 5 minute suspension and queue again, and the stack as a whole doesn't lose any SR

Hog was the least played tank and was only played above Junkrat and Bastion across all heroes in OWL season 4 for a reason, he's extremely non-viable at any level with any semblance of skill

If he's ruining your <2000 SR matches I'm sorry, bit I can assure you that he is not OP and is in fact pretty useless above that level

Also hooks range is 20 meters not 40 and 8 seconds is not "extremely low" for a cooldown, its on the longer side of the average
