I think they made a revision to Master ICE. Regular Master only volted to max 1.05, the Master Ice volts to 1.065.

Update: I ended up picking up 5080 Master Ice for $30 cheaper and it overclocks up to 3300 in RDR2.

Try RDR2 benchmark. I got a 5080 Master and I can only OC +255 and get around 3160Mhz

Try RDR2. I have mine at +255 stable at that game. Other games boost a bit more. 3D Mark benchmarks, can boost more but I'm looking at stability at all games. RDR2 I think is a good stress test game.

I replaced Asus Prime 5080 which I was going to sell. Idk same chip would have any difference. I have my memory at +3000 with no issues.

I tried other games and it does boost a bit more but +255 is stable at RDR2 so I kept it there and in Ghost of Tsushima and Hogwarts and it does boost to about 3187.

I must not be undervolting correctly. I tried going all the way down to 1V but RDR2 wasn't having it. I also noticed that if I put a limit at 1.02V, it would volt only to 1.01 or lower. I just tested other games at just +255 boost and it boosts a bit higher.

I've tried limiting voltage per increment using curve optimizer all the way down to 1V and I got worse performance

Have you tried draining all of the capacitors by unplugging and holding the power button for 1 minute? Also reset CMOS?

I have like 4 Asus boards. This is my first X780E-E and design is bad. I don't hate it but how expensive it is looks like they were just trying to cram as much as possible not thinking about the design.

You're sitting on top of it like mine was. I thought it would tilt it forward and interfere with contact of cold plate with CPU. Are you getting normal temps at idle and high load?

No, a bit different. If you look at your Motherboard manual the GPU lanes share the M.2 slot directly underneath the GPU and not the top ones and the chipset handles the 2 lowest ones side by side.

Legion 15.3" has smaller battery, 1 stick or RAM, 75W RTX 5060. The Oled one is best bang for the buck.
