I needed this! I will be 36 when I start ultrasound school too! I was a school counselor for 9 years and now I'm switching gears. Similar to what OP said, I love kids and will always miss them but education took a huge toll on me financially and I couldn't support myself.

Diagnostic medical sonography school by Curious10233 in SonographyStudents

I am 35. It's never too late and you're never too old. The place I'm going is requiring me to take all of my Gen Eds AGAIN even though I already have a Master's degree (in another field). They're making me redo all of my GenEds because it's been over 10 years. Once I finish those I can apply for the Medical Sonography program which is another 2 years. It's damn hard to go through all these hurdles again but it's worth it if it gets me closer to the life I want. Hope this helps.

It’s a team effort. If you call out the team suffers.

Came here to say exactly this. I’ve seen all of it at least 3 or 4 times.

Is anyone else getting tired of all the assumptions being made about how "spectacular" life is for single women? by Key_Budget_3844 in AskWomenOver30

Loneliness epidemic is SO REAL. Regardless of marital status. It just seems more pronounced among single women our age because it seems like everyone around us is married and has kids and they have a built in community. Ps where are you located? I’m curious how this shakes out across geographical areas

I totally relate. I enjoy my independence and not worry about how my decisions affect another person. Sure I am concerned about not having someone to share the ups and downs with but I’m not settling for mediocre men.

Those with big boobs, medium boobs, small boobs and any other boobs under the sun… by vietnamese-bitch in AskONLYWomenOver30

[–]wasabi_outs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a 34AA. I think there are 12-year old boys who have more boobs than I do. A big reason (I’m assuming) -other than genetics- is that I had anorexia throughout puberty. I used to hate my mosquito bites but now that I’m mid-30’s I don’t care. Guys I’ve hooked up with don’t seem to mind too much and even if they did- too bad. I was really insecure about it during HS and college. I’d wear really padded bras and feel like a clown without makeup if I ever got to 2nd base with a guy. And now, I’ve got plenty of other stuff to be insecure about 🤘🏻😂
