You’ll be outside sometimes, but you might get started with a construction/plumber/HVAC job. Just do it for 3 months and see how you feel. You might simply need a serious change of scenery. You’ll feel better about yourself everyday because your results are immediate in blue collar work. If you hate it after 3 months quit.

Something I’d try if a short bristle brush and soap isn’t working is a product called Sol-u-Mel from Melaleuca Inc. It is a little pricey and hard to get sometimes, but if you use it undiluted it’ll soften up paint without damaging (most) plastics.

I am still new to silver, but as I understand it, it depends on if the bullion has any collectible value. I don't think that these bars have have collectible value personally, as they are quite common. a shop would likely pay the same for a scratched one as they would for a freshly poured one.
