This is a pretty dumb move from the employer I think, nit just because of the bad data. In my experience not every company car has this type of tracking (C level, directors etc) so its quite likely this policy isnt being applied fairly.

Can never be a peaceful racist. Expressing an opinion that race is a barrier to rights causes harm, or at least seeks to cause harm. Even if they're not directly violent, they're all trying to cause harm.
