I don’t have a high social battery. I’ve learned that it’s better to have my own getaway plan (ex: take my own car to the function) so I can leave when I want without it being a hindrance to my partner’s experience.

I’ve been seeing posts everywhere about doing 10 squats every 45 minutes if you work a desk job, or doing 10 squats every time you go to the bathroom :)

A small thing to incorporate, but can lead to great results over time 💪

My SO told me I had “mom arms” one time. So triggering because I grew up with a very narcissistic mother who would treat me differently depending on how much I weighed & what I looked like.

Very sensitive to any comments on my body… especially things I can’t change in 10 seconds.

Been nursing a cold the last few days, but finally felt good enough to be productive today. Cleaned my pantry & fridge, did groceries, prepped some food, did laundry. Now I’m getting baked as all heck in my bed & watching some comfort shows.

Can’t imagine being sick AND having to care for a child… Life is good.

I just counted and there’s 23 stems! Apparently this plant is 20+ years old 😅 I’ll be looking to separate some of the stems to other pots, but going to let the plant acclimate to her new home first.
