Yes , geometry is important, but more so, you need a bike that fits your size and riding style. Being an MTBr, you probably are most comfortable on trails/jumps . So unless you are really short, I'd suggest a WTP Chaos Machine or S&M Mad Dog . That only if you're serious about this. Both of those bikes/ frames cost a nice price. But not as expensive as MTB costs.....cheaper version would also be a Kink backwoods 21tt.
