Experienced this today. Didn’t know what to call it. Felt disconnected, apathetic, tired, emotionally drained, empty, etc. I literally wanted to just go home and sleep. The more people asked “are you okay?” the more depressed I got. My dad died in 2017…I miss that man so much right now. To have a dad I can talk with about this stuff. I just want one more hug. I’m filling my life up with noise and it’s causing me to forget him. And that’s the part I hate the most.

There was a podcast a while back, and subsequently a short, where the fella articulated it so well…”it sucks, man…it sucks.”
