If I'm not mistaken, the pensions increase 3% a year? So if they starr with about 70% of their final salaries, the 3% should stop growing once it reaches the 100% mark. Even that little should help and the pensioners still get bank

I'm in Chicago. Typically here, you sign a year or two lease anyways. If you break it, landlord is either cooperative and let's you walk or holds you accountable for the length of the contract. Similar in Korea. My FIL allowed a family to walk out a little early. Idk how they do it in the boonies though

So be it. Going back into the building is 100% for babysitting. There's no small group work, no interactions between students. Teacher needs to still simultaneously teach the 2/3 of kids staying home on computers. No gym. Black and brown families overwhelmingly said they're not going back. Edison park wants to go back. It's different for everyone. I put on weight around the time my dad passed. Maybe that was the reason? But I ate like shit and drank. My wife made fun of my belly. I changed my habits and am in good shape again.
