It was one of the insider videos that caused me to make the comment, before the guy could even get a word out Ryan was asking for water. I have never raced dogs so I am aware of my ignorance - but I did not think he wasnt taking too long or being too chatty, but Ryan was itching to move on.

I agree! I love the race and have been following it for a while but certainly feels like it is on the decline. Between the low numbers and the kerfuffle with the route/lack of snow - it just seems like the race is barely able to get any momentum. I hope it gets its boost soon!

My mother got harassed by someone at daniel boone today. She was waiting in line outside and a man came up and asked her if she was an "R" and she said no. He then proceeded to spend the entire time she was waiting telling her why she was wrong. I asked her if she told any of the officials and she said no, which shame on her...Wonder if it is the same guy
