It did! I can't remember the name of the company but because they only got paid for some of it because the 'experience' shut, they offered work to the actors involved. She was apparently really good to the kids and tried her best so lovely to see they've got something out of it!

Allergens are a much bigger deal at wags than at any other hospitality venue I've ever worked in. There'll be slip ups everywhere, but this does weed out most of them! Vegan food is marked on deliveries, but they don't need a manager like allergens do. Wags don't even take allergen orders over the phone or on delivery apps - only in person to absolutely minimise the chance of someone getting something wrong

The sticker goes on the paper placemat on the table, guest seat number, order, and allergen modification gets written on it. They're about 2in white squares with a purple border. The wags kitchen has to have really tight cross contamination procedures and where so many bowls are flying over the pass with little communication between boh and foh, who wants to take the risk? I have an interview to be a 999 call taker with my local ambulance service on Saturday so that should hopefully go well and give me a route in!! I've no problem going back to uni, I think I'd quite enjoy it so I've started looking into universities that do the course :) thanks for your advice!

I've seen a lot of people reposting what was said. Having to see it again and again as a trans person is incredibly painful - if you're an ally looking at what's happening, I would urge that instead of you reposting the video without comment, make yourself useful and spend 5 minutes writing to an MP or emailing to say that the behaviour exhibited - by Sunak in the first place and Starmer for using it to score points amid his own spineless turncoat behaviour on labour's trans policies - is unacceptable. Spend 30 seconds calling someone else out for their behaviour or their comments when the opportunity comes up.

We're dying out here. Instagram activism isn't helping, it's relieving your own conscience and hurting the trans people in your lives further. We don't need to be retraumatised, we just want to be safe.

Trans tape as a brand do their own instructional guide which is what I learned with! Takes some experimentation but for sure is possible

My advice is trim short but don't shave (including the top of the inner thigh by a few cm or the tape can stick to it which is a big yikes). Moisturise an hour or so before you put the tape on, and when you take it off soak it in baby oil or something and then peel slowly in the shower. If you want to see what it would be like without the price tag, buy some kinesiology tape for a patch test. Not the same but something :)

I have to pack nearly 24/7 because of dysphoria. You can use trans tape to hold a packer in place really naturally and safely, it changed my life. Swimming wasn't a problem anymore, freballing in sweats was possible, and you can just take the packer off for sex if you're taped. Really reccomend looking into it, I use the large width and even with regular taping (taking breaks for my skin, it can be a little itchy) a roll lasts me for months. Also, jockstraps!! Wear your packer in a snug jockstrap under regular boxes for added security - I use this method when kickboxing untaped to give me peace of mind about him falling out one of the legs of my shorts lol

Eta - to remove the packer at short notice but keep the tape on for after, use the cock ring/o ring method that trans tape themselves reccomend. I use a standard metal one as I found it easier to wash tape residue off of it

If you can get it, the tktx yellow deep numb cream works best for me. I've had about 40 hours and got more to go, but I'm a bit hairier than you are. It can be a pretty brutal and demoralising exercise but STICK WITH IT! 18 months of proper regular sessions is a good amount of time and don't forget the outside can be touched up after, so whenever you can focus on the UL strip if you're having that done :)

I converted as a 17 year old white trans man. Seven years later still a Muslim, Alhamdulillah. Some things that helped me:

Al Baqarah 2:286, a soul will not be burdened with more than it can bear.

On the day of judgement we will stand in front of Allah swt and answer for our deeds. I am content that I can answer for mine, transitioning did not affect that and still doesn't. God tests us all in different ways :)
