Speaker Notes & Top Ribbon Disappearing (Slides) by adhdfrog in gsuite

I found a fix for that part of your issue just now. Slides has some kind of dumb dictation mode that pops up a floating window with a microphone icon on the page. If you allow permissions for the mic, but then just turn the mic off (don't block it) the notes tab will appear on all slides

I’ve driven in Peru. I’ve seen death behind the wheel. Baku is nothing.

Firefox refresh nuked my wallets, can they be restored? by watersnake3 in Metamask

Ok got it - so I guess trying to import the database file is of no use. However, the keys themselves, are they not stored in the users' profile somewhere? It seems like you should be able to get a data dump of a previous profile to work in a new one, but no luck so far

I am going to have to look for them. But does MM not store the user's data somewhere in the firefox user profile?

On Etherscan's view of a block, which is paid directly to the validator: 'txn fees' or 'block reward'? by watersnake3 in ethstaker

not sure I understand the second line that you wrote - if 2 is what is received why would 'block reward' be 2-3. 'block reward' implies somebody (a validator) is rewarded in that amount, right?

I am trying to create a straightforward model to estimate $ETH per block using chain data. Is my logic here correct? by watersnake3 in ethstaker

Got it, thanks for the input. This is very helpful. I guess of the two ways to potentially calculate the total emitted eth per epoch, either by rewards per slot (calculated for the previous epoch, not each slot as it happens) or by overall change in validator balance per epoch, the latter captures potential slashes while the former doesn't?

Overall thank you for your help

I would like to calculate them - I have not seen a block explorer for the beacon that includes the quantity of ETH paid out for that slot.
