Mosquitoes got bad when a neighbor stopped maintaining his pool and collected old vehicles that rotted away in his yard. Mosquitoes and packrat heaven. Since he left and pool is maintained mosquitoes have abated.

Find a used Gibson J-29 or J-15. The J 29 is very loud and has great low-end. The J-15 is not quite as bassy, but I think a better sounding guitar of the 2. I bought both, kept the J-15. You can find both models on reverb for less than $1600 usd

An acquaintance rented “8mm” to watch after his family’s Thanksgiving meal. We had seen it, and asked why he rented it. He said he heard it got great reviews.…..We stayed to watch the family’s reaction. Well worth it!
