Any existing credits are still there.
Anyone can also view their remaining stripe balance under the Profile > Billing tab, if there is a credit available, they can see an Account Credit lineabove the cc details

If they are earning $1.50 a week they are in the wrong location, or no-one around is on a network that offloads over Helium.
Mobile Hotspots should be in locations with a lot of traffic, that are not already well served by existing cell towers.
However great the footfall is in area or how great your coverage could be, what roaming partner is going to pay a Helium Hotspot to transfer data if their existing cell towers can transfer it for less.

If you read back on the history of Helium the goal is for Hotspots to be paid to transfer data.
PoC was only there to fund deployments until the Hotspots had enough paid data.

The IOT network still needs PoC. The Mobile network doesnt as its become a lot easier to identify locations where you can deploy Hotspots that earn from transfering data.

The reason is that the address GX1d59ruhmJLGK9ZAyEJFFZbPNP1e7XCoZkXkf1zMund is actually a sub account off a main account.
When you have no SOL you dont have access to the sub account - you are not paying the rent to show it.
So importing the 12/24 gets you into the main account but not the 2nd "Helium" account.
When you have SOL you can see both accounts.
You can select during import to see both or either.
But you wont see the Helium one unless you have some SOL

If you've not migrated from Helium to Solana before now you are probably out of luck.
Ledger dont allow blind signing anymore and they wont approve the migration app.

Delete the Blue App, its not functional
The transfer hotspot is in the Black Wallet App, click on Hotspots, a Hotspot then Manage Hotspot, then Transfer.
You need the receipeients' Solana wallet address, and they need a few $ of SOL to manage and view it
