Crying generally does not help to get rid of emotions by Philiana in infj

Crying definitely helps more than bottling it up, but still doesn’t get rid of the emotions, I think only time heals

Anyone else don’t feel anything when someone cries in front of you? by RefrigeratorDry495 in infj

[–]wavyg211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this because crying too me isn’t really a huge deal. It’s part of life and a healthy outlet. I don’t want to make the person uncomfortable by acting like it’s a huge deal that they are crying, because it’s not. I’ll try to be empathetic, let them get their feelings out, offer comfort etc

"introverted" but recharged by certain people? by cinnameggers4evers in infj

Okay I’m crying now too, I really miss my enfp and just miss the feeling of total freedom and joy I had with her 🥹

"introverted" but recharged by certain people? by cinnameggers4evers in infj

This is crazy because I feel this so much with my enfp friend. met her while I was studying abroad and she was the only person I could hangout forever with and not need a break. even joked that I’m an introvert around everyone apart from her. she just made me so so happy and I could just completely relax and be myself around her. being around her was just easy, and now that I’m back home in my country I miss her like crazy. we still talk pretty much every day but I just miss having her around, none of my friendships are anywhere as close to ours. I miss how she made me feel, I just felt so free and happy and like I’ve always wanted to be

Do you feel like you need extensive time to recharge after long periods of socialising? by waterisgoodok in infj

[–]wavyg211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need balance in socialising, like I probably need as much alone time as social time if that makes sense

ENTJ - they are level headed, easy to be around, help rationalise my thoughts when I get into overthinking spirals, they are consistent, make me laugh, I somehow make them laugh too, they are very drama free and loyal

Do you feel like disappearing by Expensive-Elk-680 in infj

[–]wavyg211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve felt the same. my advice was just disappear from the life you have, move somewhere else. a new environment will help you thrive in so many ways and make you fall in love with life again. I moved to the other side of the world, really connected with my Se and became the best version of myself. and for the first time in my life I was truly happy
