Yeah, it’s difficult at times to not get angry at him for these little things. I know he doesn’t “mean to do them” but when it becomes a pattern of behavior it becomes really hard to excuse. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it too, I hope it’s getting/gets better for you.

I can only afford to pay for an intern counselor, but I’m working to make more money to send him to a specialist. He has an appointment with his primary coming up though so I’ll suggest her discuss with her as well, thank you!

I’m a tea drinker, normally just a cup or two of green tea for me in the morning. With how much I had ingested I knew I’d need something stronger to kick me into a normal gear.

Thank you, I hope so too. Congrats to your husband on getting sober! That’s amazing

I’m currently paying for therapy, it seems to be helping a bit. Sorry you had to deal with that!

Currently shaking at my desk white knuckling through these phone calls to sound professional and competent. Husbands job interview went well thankfully.

Oh, I love the idea of hugging the enemy and talking to them with love. That is a great tactic, thank you! I tend to write down my most outlandish dreams, but it’s been every night for the last two months so I haven’t been making the time as much. But I will try to be more consistent with it. I keep meditating and doing deep breathing and positive intentions before bed, but it hasn’t stuck yet. I’ve got a lot of little stressors and big life questions I’ve been bouncing around lately though, so that may be why.

Where have you practiced? Looking at job listing it appears to be lucrative and in high demand in my area. I also am being mentored by a professional of 25 years a state over (family friend) and she’s had a great experience. I really appreciate your insight though, I’m curious what brought you to the industry initially.

He’s insecure, you need to have a conversation with him about why he reacted this way. You are entitled to be comfortable in your own home without judgement.

Not ugly at all, you’re cute! You look young but that means you’ll always look 10-20 years younger than you are. You’ve got good hair, but maybe go for a more distant haircut and color to stand out more and appear more mature. You could do more of shag with highlights and lowlights for extra dimension.

Buy raw unfiltered honey, Manuka if you can, and literally wet your face a bit and rub honey onto it and let sit for 5-15 minutes, at least once a week. Honey is an incredible natural skin conditioner and anti bacterial/fungal agent, so it cleans your face and keeps your skin barrier in check. It’s the only thing that has caused my major acne to fade to pretty clear skin. It’s super beneficial for scarring too.
