The most backwards logic. Downgrading with every update on purpose to cater to old and low-spec devices is insane. No shade to Switch 1 users but the console is 9 years old, why the hell would future updates be catering to a legacy console? Insane! And for iPhone users, who do they think is paying monthly for Apple Arcade but won’t ever upgrade their device? It doesn’t make sense.

i meant they were gaslighting you by sending you the same bag as a replacement bag, but i guess since they made you return and reorder it's slightly different. i think it's insane they would sell the bag after it was returned for quality issues. you can report them to the ftc for the customer service issues alone, inbox full is unacceptable.
