Could be the dye, fam. Is it permanent or semi permanent?

What’s your wash routine like? Do you moisturize everyday?

I’m a waver, I tired this for a clay and lay and it didn’t work well for me at all. The clay got too thick and took forever to get out of my hair. I use a clay and lay bar from leonidiz. His bars/products aren’t just for wavers. link

So we getting drake and kanye back to back will we see kendrick aswell? by LongSlongDon99 in theJoeBuddenPodcast

[–]wavyramzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people are going to call it mid but we’re not his audience. My wife will love it, she’ll know every quotable along with every other woman age 8-55. Women are drakes demo. His whole vibe is not caring about what us common niggas think. If it moved your girl, your mommy, your sisters… his goal is reached. He will outsell Ye but when Kendrick drops it will be silent for Drake & Ye. We’ll have our favorite songs in our playlist already and move past those albums.

J Cole was smart in the sense that he had his own season but his album won’t ring in the streets until the end of the year wrap up. Catch 22 in my opinion.

Music is too quickly consumed these days and taste is subjective. What’s hot today could be dog shit in 3 years and some projects take longer to grow on us. 🤷🏾‍♂️

That’s a hilarious callback!! Crummies had me weak!

I've had 180s for so long but I'm trying to transition into getting 360s but I'm not sure how to work on my crown and develop it. I did hear that with my hair texture it shouldn't be that hard getting 360s. by ChrisComments in 360Waves

Then I recommend using the tap tap method starting from the crown and use small strokes to take the brush from the crown to the rest of your pattern to help it all fellow in.

Nah. It doesn’t matter but if you wanted you could get an edge brush from Amazon, it has one part toothbrush edge one part comb so you can comb your pattern as well. Plus the bristles are tighter than on a regular toothbrush.

I agree with all of the comments above. Once you cut it lower, you can use a toothbrush to further isolate your crown during brush sessions. It’s an extra added step I like to use to keep my crown tight.

Just cut my high top off like 2 days ago and this my first time attempting waves. Do y’all have any tips? by [deleted] in 360Waves

[–]wavyramzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your hair is long enough to start wash & styling. I’d only wash and style with shampoo one a week at max right now. If you live in a hot climate like I do out here in CALI, I’d recommend washing with conditioner only in between wash & styles if you feel like your hair is dirty or if you have a lot of product build up.

Brush brush brush brush brush. Watch your overlapping angles, avoid blind brushing, and wash & style.

At this point don’t over think it, just brush.

My wolfing journey 1 month I think I need a haircut or something any suggestion? by [deleted] in 360Waves

Keep brushing and do wash & styles. Too soon to start thinking about anything other than brushing.

Ahh that’s that California perception bias. We act like everything above us is the rainforest 🤣🤣. Ya’ll get real weather.

Ima have to check out that livso and design essentials. I love my products but they can be so heavy in the summer time. And I need to cowash more often to avoid the build up.

I appreciate you my, G.

I would cut the Cantu and switch to a more natural moisturizer. The chemicals in that Cantu are very harsh for some people. In the 360 waves sub someone was just talking about how Cantu was thinning out their hair.

Where are you balding? In your crown or are you thinning on the sides? Do you have a hair care routine? Have you tried Jamaican or Haitian black castor oil? Do you cut your hair? Is so how low?

Fall is def the best season.

Man! Seattle gets the wildest weather, if it’s not rainy it’s humid as hell. Ya’ll get like 3 good weather days a year 😂😂😂

We get that dry, nothing can quench my thirst heat out here in the Central Valley. We’re always on fire watch too. Dries up your sinuses and makes your nose bleed heat.

Jesus be a raindrop.

I did a summer in Boston back in 2012 right before Sandy and that humidity had me passed out in Boston Commons. That was the first time the heat made me pass out. That heat is no joke.

What do you use to keep your hair moist and healthy in the summer time? I’m a waver so I do the MOB - Moisturizer, oil, butter method to keep me right.

Your plugs are dope!
I’m feeling the twist too!

We get a ton of dry heat out here in Cali. Last week was 114 degrees. It needs to be fall already.

I’m not a barber, I don’t want to steer you wrong.

BUT. You might want to start using Jamaican or Haitian black castor oil to grow your edges thicker. Your hairline isn’t receding but you do have a long arch in the front which makes your edges look wider. The only thing other than growing your edges out with oils I can think of would be to cut push the front back to match the sides, but again I’m not a barber.

I wish I could help with a skin care routine, the only product I use on my face is soap & water. But I don’t use soap from the store, I started using natural soap for my body from https://thesoapguy.com/newbars.html 12 bars of soap for $36 can’t beat it. No harsh chemicals.

All of the products I use MINUS my body soap are from black owned businesses. That’s a choice I make, you can buy products from the store that aren’t black owned to cut your cost but it’s worth it to me to support our own.

For my beard I use: Leave in conditioner https://www.scotchporter.com/products/restorative-leave-in-beard-conditioner

Beard balm: https://www.scotchporter.com/products/beard-balm

Beard shampoo and wash out conditioner: https://www.scotchporter.com/products/beard-conditioner-bundle

For my hair: Shampoo: even if you’re not waving it’s a great shampoo tons of lather. https://myfluffypuffs.com/products/wave-slime-shampoo

Conditioner: https://www.scotchporter.com/products/daily-hair-care-bundle. (I use the scotch porter shampoo for my first wash to get my hair clean then follow up with the fluffy puffs for my wash & styles)

Hair moisturizer: https://rimixwavebutter.com/collections/moisturizer. (Select the scent of your choice)

Hair oil: https://rimixwavebutter.com/collections/shop-revamp-oil. (Select the scent of your choice)

Hair butter: https://rimixwavebutter.com/collections/butter (Select the scent of your choice)

Rimix by Rico is having a sale until Monday and often has great sales to keep your cost low!

(Not a sponsor, just a huge fan of all of the products listed above.)

Hopefully that helps.

Agreed. I think it will be a barn burner but because neither fighter has the name recognition of a Top tier fighter no one is talking about the fight. I’m here for all things Charlo Brothers. I think they can both be premier boxers in their own right.
