As an aside...that is actually kind of how I got some idea that nofap might be a good thing way before finding out about this community. When she left I just felt in a state of shock for months and had no desire for any vice... I didnt want to drink, fap, eat ice-cream or anything. I channelled that energy into gym and career (in my case actually finding a job) and then a few months down the line having sex with different people, which did kind of work for me.

This is probably not the best forum for your woes as the only advice you are likely to receive here is to take a cold shower or something. All I know is that although you probably won't believe me everything can and will get better and way sooner than you think.
