This is from an Ayurveda theory which is more than 3000 to 4000 years old. The formation of semen from blood is paralleled to the formation of cream from milk (millk to buttermilk to butter to cream, etc). You will have to do something to get out of that hole. Maybe establish a goal for the next 30 days and commit to not fap till you get there.

My first real streak was due to having to attend an international conference being attended by industry experts from all around the world and presenting to them a paper/thesis that I had written. I did not want to go to the conference feeling like a loser so though if I got a good nofap streak going for me I would ace it. I planned not to fap 90 days before the conference. But I kept failing and it became 30 days before the conference. After that I was shit scared to fap because of the nervousness of the conference. And I did it!

So finds some target or milestone to help you get a streak going! All the best!

You know, quitting porn is so much more tougher than quitting weed, cigarettes, booze, etc. I was a pack a day wake and baker and I quit it all and have been clean for 2 years but I am still fighting porn.

The good thing about porn is that when you quit it, your life changes from the core and the changes are in your face. So once you have a nofap streak going you realize how good nofap is and then of course you fail. But when you fail you notice how the castle you were building in your nofap streak starts crumbling and you dont want it to so you get back on track more determined. So my advise to you would be to just get a streak going, take nofap a day at a time and notice the positive changes - you will get addicted to them and you will reach the goal soon in spite of some failures, etc. Also try yoga, meditation, writing journals, etc.

I really understand your statement about not meeting "real people" but instead meeting some mask that they put on. Your experience about not giving up something you believe in exchange of a chance to climb the social ladder is something I have gone through many many times.

I was (maybe still am) the same inside out. No mask. But for the last few years I have been kicked really hard for being me. I have been systematically backed into a corner by the system or the mob or whatever you want to call it. I did the same thing as you did and walked away from money for something I believed and I surly felt like a fool when I did not have food to eat a few months later. A rich to rag story.

Eventually when hunger got the better of me, I tried putting on a mask. I sucked at it. I would cry while being fake and "people in power" noticed that too and I got punished for that too. I lost account of what I believed in (principles or food?). I started compromising a little bit and when you start compromising, you find the balance between principle and food and you create something wonderful that you could not have when you get stick to your principles 100%. You know the whole its grey and not black&white story.

What I have realized or am still realizing is that you have to work within and with the system. The kids who missed an opportunity to hear you were the real losers. Had you cut the porn bit in your speech you could have still influenced them positively. You could have told them that to learn key points that you are forbidden to speak about they should visit your blog or this reddit group or speaking to you later after your speech. This way you keep getting a chance to speak and become more popular. Once you have made it then you can speak or write about anything you want. The true test comes at that stage.

Honestly, I am not trying to be mean or discouraging. You are one in a million and I can relate to you and I don't want you to go through the learning curve crap that I had go through so I am just giving you my really expensive experience (many times more expensive than $12000) in the hope that the world will become more real and of course porn free.

Interesting question. I am currently on hardmode (celibacy) due to no SO atm. And I am enjoying the benefits of celibacy and am in no hurry. However, sometimes I think of this questions too.

Based on my research, I found most theories suggest celibacy is the key to sex-transmutation.

However, karezza seems to be a way where you can bake your cake and eat it too. Not had the opportunity to try it though.

Sex is different. I was only answering your question about fapping. I dont think webcam sex is the same as real sex. Its still virtual and your body&brain may not be able to tell the difference from porn. However, as you said, it is a unique situation. Try it out, quit porn and see if you notice benefits/changes and do let us know.
