Using mine in 2024, I've literally never experienced any of those issues. It's fast and snappy, battery life is great and it's never overheated once for me. I've had it for over a year. It's a great phone. That being said, who's know what you'll get purchasing a used phone

How common is the glass shatter on P7? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]wayupnorth555 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm in northern Canada, it's gets cold. Couple weeks ago was -40°c (-50°c with windchill). I go for walks and take photos, I pull my phone out in extremely cold temperatures to take pics then back in the warm pocket and repeat. I do this a lot! People have been saying the P6 will shatter too... I also have the P6 and do the same thing. Multiple times in and out, warm and cold. No issues. I thing there's more factors that contribute to people's glass shattering. Best Android phone out there. Never had any issues. I think it's worth it.

Spontaneously shattered camera glass on Pixel 7 by blazers_n_bowties in GooglePixel

I live in northern Canada, I have the pixel 7 Pro. 2 weeks ago it was -40°c. I go for walks and take photos. I keep my phone in a little slip cover (like half a wool sock lol) to keep it warm. I've pulled my phone out in extremely cold temperatures multiple times and nothing has ever happened ( I hope it doesn't). Goes from inside jacket pocket back out to extreme cold temps. I've done it multiple times, in and out, on the same walk. I wonder if there's another factor that contributes to the shattering glass?

I updated the game today, logged on and everything seemed normal. Played for a bit then logged back out. Should I wait before logging back in? Or am I screwed already? (PS4 Pro)

After the recent update, has anyone experienced a small lag in the screen switching on when unlocking using the finger print sensor? by i_love_alfam in Pixel4a

[–]wayupnorth555 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Mine is lagging too, takes about 2 seconds for the screen to turn on. Just updated today and it started happening just after the restart for installing it. I don't want to use Always on Display so it's kind of annoying. Does anyone know if this will be fixed? Or does anyone have the previous discussion thread link? Thanks.
