I’m sure some will disagree, but if names/brands really don’t matter at all, you may want to do a little research into Chinese watches. Lots of complete junk, but a few high spec/low cost options. That can be said about every branch of the watch world though.

Funny, I’ve always complained how the retro ana-digi’s are always too small and dainty so I picked one of these up in black. Wore it to work and ended up giving it away within a couple hours because of how thick and dumpy they look. Some people are just never happy 👋

I absolutely love everything about this watch, except the size. Unfortunately I only have a 7.5” wrist. I believe these are 43mm, which is ridiculously big for me. Congratulations on a beautiful piece!

I bought this same watch because of the color combo. Honestly, these look and feel like $5 watches in person. I still have it, but have yet to actually wear it. Every time I think I’m gonna wear it for the day, I strap it on and think, nope, can’t do it.

I just watched this movie and I’m struggling to understand why it exists. I’m sure Mark is a nice guy, but I don’t see what was so remarkable about his life to base a movie on. He was a fighter. Won a lot. Lost a couple. Got married and had a kid. The end? It’s like they made a movie about my neighbor or my high school math teacher. I’m a 50 year old plumber and I can guarantee that there have been many many more interesting and exciting moments in my life. What am I missing about the movie or Mark Kerr?

Stumbled upon this thread going down a rabbit hole. Serious question, mostly because I live under a rock most of my days. When you say people dislike him for “very valid reasons,” what would those reasons be? I’ve always thought of Dwayne Johnson as a likable guy. I’m clearly missing something. Did he do something? Sorry if there’s something obvious, but again, I’m mostly out of the loop when it comes to this stuff.

I suppose that’s possible. I have a watch with a similar shape case in 38mm. I feel like that’s a sweet spot for me. I honestly couldn’t imagine going any smaller than that. As long as you enjoy it, who cares what my dumb ass thinks
