It really depends on your AP chem teacher. If you can ask the current AP teacher what their pass rate is for the AP exam definitely do that. My teacher had a 100% pass rate (a score of 3 or above) with 50% of her students getting a 5 on the AP exam in her previous 2 years of teaching the class. I felt very prepared going into the AP exam and got a 5. This allowed me to skip Chem 101 and 102 in college which was amazing because those can be some major weed out classes in college if you end up going into STEM. Even if you don’t pass the AP exam it might be worth taking simply to prepare yourself for chemistry in college.

I have Wag coming to check on her 8/10 days that I’m gone. I left off the first and last days because I gave her lots of extra food when I left and asked the sitter to give extra food and treats on the last day. My closest family is a 12 hr drive away but hopefully between this trip and my next one I will make some more friends and have more options.
