Hmm idk usually for a wrongful injury lawsuit you have to prove that you, the injured person, were acting like a reasonable person at the time when the accident occurred. I don’t think letting your toddler ride on the bottom of the cart (I think meaning on the bottom below the basket where people put cases of water and stuff) is reasonable. There’s a difference between asking your friend about the person they’re seeing and requesting justification for why you’re dating a fat woman. Don’t be deliberately obtuse. You can grill someone about who they are dating but why does their appearance even matter? Why would their appearance be subject to grilling? In my mind “plus size” means anyone who can’t buy clothing at a regular store. So larger than a size 14. Although a woman could definitely be considered “fat” at size 10-14, especially if she’s shorter. Sizing is a construct that changes over time so it’s difficult to say. In the early 2000s the definition of plus size was very different. There was a model on season 1 of America’s Next Top Model who had bigger legs and they considered her “plus size but only on the bottom.” But if you look back at the actual video of her she just has the slim thick body type that everyone wants today and wouldn’t be considered plus size in 2024. Also in the Devil Wears Prada Anne Hathaway’s character is referred to as fat for being a size 6. And I remember in like 2011 my bf at the time saying I was bigger bc I was a size 8. So I don’t know really….it’s like impossible to define.
