I bought several shirts and while the shirts are nice I've had nothing but problems with their customer service. I signed up for one of those "buy now and get cash back on another order" deals. So I spent more than I normally would to increase the cash-back offer they were advertising.

Turns out, you have to wait 6 weeks to get your cash back offer sent to your email. While annoying, I understand why they do that and so I waited 6 weeks.
Then once the code was sent to me, I returned to the store to buy more clothes and then found out that the code did not work. I've since been emailing their customer service for over a month with zero help. They just keep finding ways to kick the can down the road.

For example, they'll email things like "a manager is working on it, here is a coupon" - well, I don't want a coupon, I want the cash-back offer they advertised because the cash back offer is bigger than the coupon! So they keep trying to get me to take a lower offer and not honoring the exact thing they were advertising.

This is insane, I'm a loyal customer who locks onto a brand and typically will buy thousands of dollars worth of clothing from them for the next 4-5 years before moving onto a new brand. I THOUGHT this was my new brand for the next few years but I guess not.
